God works while you wait
- “All things” means the good, the bad, and the confusing.
- The working is present tense — it is already in motion.
- Your job is to love Him and trust the process.

Purpose outlasts pain
- You were called according to His purpose, not your plan.
- What felt like a setback was really a setup.
- The pressure you feel is proof that something is being produced.
Praise Him in advance
- Don't wait until it turns around to give God glory.
- Faith says thank you before the evidence shows up.

Paul writes to the church at Rome, and he says, we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
Notice he did not say all things are good. Some things that happened to you were not good at all. But he said all things work together — God takes what was meant for evil and stirs it into the recipe of your redemption.
And here is the part that will bless you: it is present tense. He did not say all things worked together, or all things will work together. He said all things work — right now, while you are still in it, it is already working.
So stop waiting for the storm to pass before you praise Him. The same God who is working it out is the God who is holding you up.
Somebody ought to open your mouth and say, I don't see it yet, but I know it's already working.
